Caramel apples

Sophie tried her hand at making Carmel apples today! Ok, yum…The caramel wasn’t as good as the stuff they use at The Appleworks, but it will have to do. Here she shows the steps of what to do. We found this caramel dipping stuff at Gordon’s Food Service, in Greenwood. First, put your apples in warm water to warm them up to room temperature. Next, get out parchment paper or use a greased cookie sheet to put the apples on. Put the sticks in next, and then get ready for dipping. You need to follow the directions on the box for how long to keep the caramel in the microwave.
